Helen regularly travels all over the UK visiting reflexology groups to present ‘Intuition and Sound Reflexology.’

There was a wonderful response by reflexologists to this workshop. I think many, like myself arrived full of expectation and a little bit nervous about the sound element of the course.

Fresh from a concert in Germany, Polina taught us some unique intonation that sounded Jewish, such as ‘Yuh-uh’ and ‘Yi-iah’.

A lot of people enjoy having their hands massaged and touched with reflexology.

This is part of the reflexology practical in the afternoon, where I demonstrate how crystals can become an extension or added tool for balancing the reflex area.

The workshop was held at an old rather famous hotel on a cliff with spectacular views overlooking the sparkling sea.

This introduction to Intuition and Sound Reflexology was well received as Helen shared and entertained the audience with her own – and client - experiences. The audience understood her concept of using sound to balance the reflexes and were happy ‘to have a go!’
