This life force, ‘prana’ in the Indian tradition and ‘chi’ in Chinese medicine is an invisible field of energy that exists inside and around all living things including us. In quiet contemplation or absorbed in work where they are at ease, many people report a sense of peace and fulfilment.
When Helen is quiet, on her own, or working she clears her mind and concentrates completely in the moment. She ‘senses’ with greater purpose and calls this her intuition.
Over the years she has often shared her thoughts with clients, many of whom have asked her for guidance to help them achieve the same sense of self-awareness.
‘Your Intuitive Self’ is open to anyone at any level and explores intuition and its uses in a variety of ways to help each person develop their own skills to practice at home or at work. Sensing one’s personal space and being aware of the environment, both indoors and out, using common sense and other senses with each other including healing and spiritual understanding, when and how intuition might be applied.
The course provides basic and advanced training essential for developing intuition and self-awareness through exercises and activities and is supported with guidelines and notes. Aimed mainly at small groups between four and 12, Helen also works one-to-one. The course can be ongoing and tailored for special interests until all participants feel confident in their practice.
