Helen shares her experiences as guest lecturer or speaker at complementary health events and fairs at home and overseas including the bi-annual conference of Reflexology Association of Australia (RAA) and International Council of Reflexologists (ICR).

She presents regularly to college students and is equally at home speaking to medical professionals or women’s groups who wish to widen their knowledge and awareness.

She has a special interest in the restorative benefits of specialist therapies such as reflexology or the Bowen technique to achieve a sense of wellbeing.
