Reflexology

Helen runs accredited post-graduate training courses in The Reflex Resonance Technique™ to help therapists discover their own unique skills. In this way continuous professional development provides an opportunity to enhance and build your own business. The course is in two parts, an inter-active programme to unlock your own intuitive ability through practical exercises and activities linked to classical reflexology practice. Taken together or separately each part leads to certification stage for successful qualification.

Bowen Technique

An Introduction to the Bowen Technique comprises theory and practical sessions giving a broad overview of how this little-understood therapy works. ‘Bowtech’ the original Bowen Technique registered by the Bowen Academy of Australia comprises a series of gentle and precise movements over muscle and connective tissue to naturally assist the body in re-balancing itself. It was developed in the Fifties by Tom Bowen in his clinic near Melbourne, Australia after he became interested in ways to alleviate pain. This introductory workshop is suitable for beginners and for non-professionals.

In addition Helen is a registered Bowtech Instructor providing training courses in the original Bowen Technique to qualified complementary therapists and healthcare professionals who wish to develop their skills. Helen’s expertise won her the title of Best Bowen Therapy Training Provider in the UK. Your Intuitive Self

In this sensitive and little-known field Helen is able to make attendees feel entirely comfortable and at ease. Aimed at small groups and one-to-one, Helen’s role as leader helps channel the individual’s own intuitive abilities. Acting as facilitator rather than teacher, she tries to re-awaken people’s innate intuitive skills which are often overwhelmed by the pressures of everyday life. As a master of her own intuition, Helen has worked this way for many years and developed this programme in response to clients who wish to achieve greater self-awareness.
