Helen is a highly-experienced and qualified tutor running accredited courses in Reflex Resonance Technique™, an advanced and unique form of intuition and sound reflexology.

She is also an award-winning Bowtech Instructor, one of only 110 in the world authorised by the Bowen Academy of Australia to teach the original Bowen Technique as developed by founder Tom Bowen.

In addition Helen teaches an Introduction to the Bowen Technique, suitable for beginners and non-professionals, and a course known as Your Intuitive Self for those who wish to gain deeper insight into their feelings and abilities.
