The fish spa is quite literally a large pool of water, containing fish. It is an irregular shape where people can sit on cushions privately or with others and dangle their legs and feet in the water.
The Cambridgeshire Reflexology group invited me to talk about my work and training courses, where co-ordinator Nicki Nunn provided a friendly and welcoming afternoon for all. The group meets regularly for workshops, speakers, treatment exchanges and mutual support.
Black Cockatoos, Kangaroos and Outback Therapies, was first presented as a talk with slides at the Reflexology Association of Australia (RAA) national conference in Brisbane 1998. I am still asked to talk about it with updates as I am regularly in Australia.
The group worked well using sound and some were amazed to feel the sound in their body when their own reflexes were held.
