Helen wins LUX top training award

HELEN was thrilled and amazed to be recognised twice in a new awards programme launched by LUX magazine, a glossy international journal for those who aspire to an equally glossy lifestyle. She felt especially proud to be acknowledged for her Bowen training achievements. Published in Massage World September 2017.

Bowen therapy has been shown to bring noticeable benefits not only to those with a life-limiting condition such as cancer, neurological and auto-immune diseases but for carers and relatives struggling with fatigue and anxiety. Indeed, complementary therapy of all kinds can support or supplement conventional medical treatment as I have found through my own work.

One of my personal highlights for 2013 was travelling to South Africa for the first time as guest speaker for the bi-annual conference of the International Council of Reflexologists (ICR).

I was delighted and honoured to be invited as a keynote speaker at the 2012 RAoA National Conference in Tasmania. It was an opportunity to meet up with old friends having previously lived in Australia and showcase what I had been doing up to the present time.
