Bowen therapy has been shown to bring noticeable benefits not only to those with a life-limiting condition such as cancer, neurological and auto-immune diseases but for carers and relatives struggling with fatigue and anxiety. Indeed, complementary therapy of all kinds can support or supplement conventional medical treatment as I have found through my own work.

One of my personal highlights for 2013 was travelling to South Africa for the first time as guest speaker for the bi-annual conference of the International Council of Reflexologists (ICR).

I was delighted and honoured to be invited as a keynote speaker at the 2012 RAoA National Conference in Tasmania. It was an opportunity to meet up with old friends having previously lived in Australia and showcase what I had been doing up to the present time.
